Divisions
All divisions are going to be on the same day all divisions (except Parent + Kid) have following sub-divisions:
- Male/male
- Male/male 70+
- Male/female
- Male/female 70+
- Female/female
- Female/female 70+
*RX does not have any 70+
Parent + Kid
The workouts will be the same as the scaled division for the parents, meaning you won’t get heavy weights or difficult skills.
In this division we program single unders, ring rows/jumping pull-ups, knee raises, scaled wall walks, wall balls 6/4 kg and weightlifting and objects with light weights.
The standards for kids are more guidelines than strict standards. The main purpose for this division is to allow kids to have a great time while challenging themselves and enjoying a competative environment. In the finals, all weights can be adjusted for the kids to be able to perform safely.
Standards parents*:
- Deadlift = 45/30 kg
- Snatch = 20/15 kg
- Clean & Jerk = 30/20 kg
- Dumbbell = 12,5/7,5 kg
- Kettlebell = 16/12 kg
- Wall Ball = 6/4 kg
- Box (step-up) = 60/50 cm
Standards kids*:
- Deadlift = Empty Barbell
- Snatch = Dumbbell
- Clean & Jerk = Dumbbell
- Dumbbell = 7/5/3 kg
- Kettlebell = 12/8/4 kg
- Wall Ball = 6/4/2 kg
- Box (step-up) = 60/50 cm

Scaled
This division is beginner level. It is perfect for people who are new to the sport & for beginner athletes. Meaning you won’t get heavy weights or difficult skills.
In this division we program single unders, ring rows/jumping pull-ups, knee raises, scaled wall walks, wall balls 4/6 KG and weightlifting and objects with light weights.
If you have already joined a competition in a higher division, or reached the finals of scaled competition as an individual athlete, you are not allowed to sign up in this division. Level up and choose for one of the next divisions.
Standards for scaled*:
- Deadlift = 45/30 kg
- Snatch = 20/15 kg
- Clean & Jerk = 30/20 kg
- Dumbbell = 12,5/7,5 kg
- Kettlebell = 16/12 kg
- Wall Ball = 6/4 kg
- Box (step-up) = 60/50 cm

Regular
If you have been doing this sport for a while, have already mastered the scaled weights & skills and are looking for an extra push, then you should sign up in this division!
In this division we program double unders, pull ups (low reps), single leg toe to bar, wall walks, wall balls 6/4 kg and weightlifting and objects with slightly heavier weights than scaled but not too heavy.
You may have done a Scaled competition before, but not an Advanced/RX/Elite, and you are ready for the next step.
Standards*:
- Deadlift = 55/35 kg
- Snatch = 35/25 kg
- Clean & Jerk = 42,5/30 kg
- Dumbbell = 15/10 kg
- Kettlebell = 24/16 kg
- Wall Ball = 9/6 kg
- Box (step-up) = 60/50 cm

ADVANCED
This division is for all advanced athletes who have mastered most of the standards but don’t reach all RX weights and standards yet.
In this division we program double unders, pull ups, toes to bar, wall walks, wall balls 9/6 kg and weightlifting and objects with weights that are slightly lighter than RX.
You may have done a scaled or regular competition before and now you are ready for more challenging standards and weights. You are not allowed to sign up in this division if you already joined the RX division.
Standards*:
- Deadlift = 80/55 kg
- Snatch = 45/30 kg
- Clean & Jerk = 60/40 kg
- Dumbbell = 20/15 kg
- Kettlebell = 24/16 kg
- Wall Ball = 9/6 kg
- Box (jumps) = 60/50 cm

RX
This division is for the more experienced athletes. If you have done most benchmark workouts, have mastered all the RX standards & weights, then you should definitely sign up in this category.
In this division we program muscle ups, chest to bar, handstand push-ups, handstand walks, wall walks, heavy wall balls and weightlifting and objects with RX weight.
Standards*:
- Deadlift = 100/70 kg
- Snatch = 60/40 kg
- Clean & Jerk = 70/50 kg
- Dumbbell = 22,5/17,5 kg
- Kettlebell = 32/24 kg
- Wall Ball = 9/6 kg
- Box (jumps) = 60/50 cm
